Birthday Parties
We love celebrating birthdays at the Village Playspace. We believe that the parents should be celebrated along with the birthday child. After all, it is their birthday as well! This is why we help clean up for all of our party packages. We want the parents to be able to enjoy the day as well.
All of our parties are private parties. There is a dedicated space for food. We offer packages for everyone’s budget, from Do-it- Yourself, Do-it-for-me, and the works!
If you're thinking of having a winter/spring birthday party at the Village Playspace, it is not too early to secure your date & time. Please see below for remaining availability for March. We do not have any remaining availability in February.
3/2: 12:30 - 2:30pm
3/8: 3:30 - 5:30pm

We can also accommodate birthday party requests on most weekdays. It is a good time to start planning birthday parties in April 2025 and beyond for your best choice of dates & times.

Do It For Me Parties
Just show up & enjoy the party. We handle every detail you want us to handle. Every party is custom. We work off of an inspiration picture you provide & we bring it to life with The Village Playspace Aesthetic. Do-It-For-Me Parties can be booked up to 12 months in advance.
DIY Parties
You will have to put a little more elbow grease into the DIY parties but they can still come out beautiful! There is an option to add on creative help from us. We also hand you a beautiful blank space (tables with white tableclothes & all the hooks in the right places) to create your masterpiece. Please note, we only book DIY parties up to 60 days in advance.

To accommodate larger parties and with the warmer weather here, we’re taking everything you love about The Village Playspace’s Birthday parties to you.
We offer set up and delivery for table and chair rentals, sensory activities, lawn games, decor and of course customization per party.

We got the Simple Do it for me package and it was a HIT!
We hosted our child’s second birthday party at the village space. We got the Simple Do it for me package and it was a HIT! They did such a good job with decorating, organizing kids food, and providing everything (goody bags, accessories for cake cutting, you name it). Our guests had such a good time that they did not want to leave!
My heart is so happy with how everything went. The staff was super friendly and they took care of everything (even cleanup). We really just showed up with adults food and cake!
Totally recommend this place!! My husband and I checked out other indoor playgrounds as well and this was the BEST we found. It’s very clean and the equipment is just FAB!

We recently celebrated our daughter's 2nd birthday with a "girl power/strong female leaders" theme at the Village Playspace, and it was a huge success thanks to Tiffany and her incredible team! From our initial booking four months in advance, Tiffany's excellent communication ensured every detail matched our preferences.
On the party day, the Village Playspace looked stunning with thoughtful decorations, creating the perfect atmosphere. Tiffany's careful planning allowed us to effortlessly enjoy the festivities and catch up with our adult friends while she managed the timeline seamlessly.
Customizing the cake, cupcakes, pizza, and drinks added a personal touch that made the celebration truly special. Tiffany's commitment to timekeeping meant the kids had plenty of playtime, smoothly transitioning to lunch, and time to sing Happy Birthday.

We had our 3 year old daughter’s birthday at The Village Playspace and it was such a perfect experience. When I was booking, I got to chat with Tiffany on the phone and ask all my questions. She was amazing and walked me through the space, the day, the time options, and gave me lots of room to think about what would make sense for us.
We had guests from 6 months - almost 7 and everyone had a great time. We also had a lot of guests with allergies and Tiffany and her team helped me to find a way to serve birthday treats for everyone (we had nut, egg, sesame, and gluten free guests). It made it really special that we could accommodate everyone.
Our theme was so cute and my daughter loved it. I was 35 weeks pregnant at her party and just got to enjoy being there! Highly highly recommend!
